Vendor Marketplace

Part of the TrendTap Supply Business Suite. The Vendor Marketplace is TrendTap Supply’s sourcing and vendor-application channel for legitimate brands, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and independent product makers.

This is not an open self-service marketplace. Vendors cannot automatically create listings or sell directly to TrendTap customers. Every product and supplier must be reviewed before any commercial relationship is considered.

Who may apply

  • Manufacturers and authorized distributors
  • Wholesale and dropshipping suppliers
  • Independent brands with original products
  • US-based suppliers and international suppliers able to serve US customers reliably
  • Businesses with documented rights to sell and supply the products submitted

Information required

  • Legal business name, website and primary contact
  • Product catalog or exact product URLs
  • Wholesale or dropshipping pricing
  • Supplier SKUs, UPCs or other product identifiers
  • Current inventory method and update frequency
  • Shipping origins, processing times, carriers and tracking capability
  • US delivery estimates and shipping charges
  • Return address, return terms and defect-resolution process
  • Authorized product images and permission for retail use
  • Warranty, safety, testing or compliance documentation when applicable

What TrendTap evaluates

Products are reviewed for usefulness, demand, image quality, realistic margin, customer value, fulfillment reliability, return exposure, safety, legal restrictions and fit with the TrendTap Supply catalog. Counterfeit products, unauthorized branded goods, deceptive claims and high-risk products are rejected.

Vendor expectations

Approved vendors must maintain accurate product data, communicate stock changes, ship the exact ordered item, provide valid tracking, avoid unauthorized substitutions and resolve fulfillment errors promptly. Approval can be suspended when performance or product information becomes unreliable.
