For order support

Include the order number, the email used at checkout, the product name, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

For damage, a print issue, or an incorrect item

Keep the item and packaging. Send clear photographs of the product, the affected area, the package, and the shipping label. Do not mail anything back until return instructions are provided.

For a product or sizing question

Include the product link, selected color and size, and the measurement or specification you are trying to confirm. Product-page details control over general guidance.
