Need help with an order from TrendTap Supply? Use this page to quickly find the right support path. Please include your order number whenever you contact us so we can find the order faster, because guessing order details is not yet a respected business model.

  • Photos or screenshots if the issue involves damage, defects, wrong item, or delivery trouble

Tracking Help

Tracking will be sent by email or shown on your order status page when available. Tracking numbers may take time to update after the package is created or scanned by the carrier.

If tracking says delivered but the package is missing, please check your mailbox, porch, garage, side door, front desk, package locker, neighbors, household members, and any carrier photo or delivery note.

Shipping Reminder

Economy shipping is free when selected and is estimated at 8-14 business days for most U.S.-warehouse orders. Some products may ship from overseas if U.S. warehouse availability, stock, destination delivery, or fulfillment reliability is limited.

Address Changes

If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing or shipped.
