Thank you for shopping with TrendTap Supply. This Shipping Policy explains where our products ship from, the shipping options available at checkout, and what to expect after placing an order.
Where Orders Ship From
TrendTap Supply prioritizes products that ship from the United States through U.S.-based suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners whenever available.
Sometimes, if a U.S. warehouse is unavailable, out of stock, unable to deliver to the customer's address, or cannot fulfill an order reliably, we may ship from an overseas supplier or fulfillment partner. This allows us to continue offering select products when U.S. warehouse delivery is not available.
If an item ships from overseas, delivery may take longer than our standard U.S.-warehouse estimate. Product availability, carrier handling, delivery speed, and fulfillment location may vary by item, destination, order volume, supplier availability, and checkout shipping option.
Shipping Options
Economy Shipping
- Cost: Free shipping with no minimum purchase required.
- Estimated shipping and handling time: 8-14 business days for most U.S.-warehouse orders.
- Overseas fulfillment note: If a U.S. warehouse is not available and the item must ship from overseas, delivery may take longer than 8-14 business days.
- How to use it: Select Economy Shipping at checkout when available.
Express Shipping
- Cost: $7.99 for orders under $100.
- Free Express Shipping threshold: Express Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more before applicable taxes, discounts, or fees, when Express is available at checkout.
- Availability: Express Shipping may only be available for certain products, warehouses, destinations, or fulfillment partners.
- How to use it: Select Express Shipping at checkout when available.
Order Processing & Handling
Shipping and handling estimates include the time needed to process, prepare, pack, and ship your order. Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. During busy seasons, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, supplier delays, overseas fulfillment delays, customs processing, or unexpected inventory issues, delivery may take longer than the estimated window.
Tracking Information
When tracking becomes available, it will be sent by email or shown on your order status page. Please allow time for tracking to update after the package is shipped. Tracking numbers are sometimes created before the carrier fully scans the package.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment partners. You may receive more than one tracking number, and items may arrive on different days.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TrendTap Supply is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you do not see your package, please check your mailbox, porch, garage, side door, front desk, package locker, neighbors, household members, and any carrier delivery photo or notes.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can review the issue.
