Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Economy shipping is free when selected and is estimated at 8-14 business days for most U.S.-warehouse orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by product, supplier, carrier, destination, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Do all products ship from the United States?

TrendTap Supply prioritizes U.S. warehouse shipping whenever available. If a U.S. warehouse is unavailable, out of stock, unable to deliver to the customer address, or cannot fulfill reliably, some products may ship from overseas and take longer.

How does Express Shipping work?

Express Shipping is $7.99 for eligible orders under $100 and free for eligible orders of $100 or more before applicable taxes, discounts, or fees. Express availability can vary by product, warehouse, destination, and fulfillment partner.

Orders & Tracking

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent by email or shown on the order status page. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Why did my items ship separately?

If an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment partners. Separate shipments may receive separate tracking numbers and arrive on different days.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Email us as soon as possible at trendtapsupply@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has started processing or shipped.
