We want you to be happy with your order from TrendTap Supply. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or not as described, please contact us so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Return Window

Customers may contact us within 14 days of delivery for return or refund support.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • Any tracking or delivery details available

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos or video showing the issue. This helps us verify the problem and work toward a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should generally be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition received
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Not damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or print-on-demand products
  • Final sale items
  • Personal care items
  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products missing parts or packaging
  • Items returned without approval

Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand items are made specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, returns may not be accepted for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or color preference unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a production issue.

Please check size charts, product details, and color selections before ordering.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an approved issue.

Buyer's Remorse

We may not be able to accept returns for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind after the order has processed.

Please review the product title, description, size, color, quantity, and shipping details before checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or sent to a supplier or print provider, cancellation may no longer be available.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Customers should not send items back without approval first, because the return address may vary depending on the product or supplier.
