Sell Through TrendTap

Part of the TrendTap Supply Business Suite. Sell Through TrendTap is the application path for approved brands, manufacturers, distributors and suppliers that want TrendTap Supply to consider retailing their products.

TrendTap Supply is the retailer. This is not a self-service seller account or an open third-party marketplace. TrendTap controls which products are listed, how listings are written, retail pricing, customer-facing policies and the customer relationship. Approved suppliers fulfill or supply orders under agreed terms.

Minimum supplier requirements

  • Verifiable business identity and authority to sell the products
  • Exact product URLs, SKUs and accurate specifications
  • Reliable stock information and prompt notice of availability changes
  • Clear cost, shipping and handling charges
  • Trackable delivery to supported US addresses
  • Reasonable processing and delivery estimates
  • A workable return destination and defect-resolution process
  • Retail-use rights for supplied images and product information
  • Required safety, warranty and compliance records
  • No counterfeit goods, unauthorized logos or misleading claims

Fulfillment expectations

Suppliers must ship the exact approved item and variant, provide valid tracking, use suitable packaging, avoid unapproved substitutions and communicate delays or inventory failures immediately. Promotional inserts, conflicting invoices or materials that redirect TrendTap customers may not be included unless authorized.
