What the Business Exchange is for
The program is designed for practical, clearly disclosed opportunities that can help both organizations and their audiences. Possible formats include:
- Reciprocal business spotlights or resource links
- Co-created educational content or buying guides
- Relevant supplier, retailer or service-provider introductions
- Cross-promotion between complementary businesses
- Local-business, creator or community collaborations
Required standards
Every proposal must be honest, relevant and disclosure-ready. TrendTap Supply does not participate in fake reviews, purchased customer testimonials, hidden sponsorships, misleading endorsements, link schemes, manufactured rankings or promises of guaranteed sales.
Paid, gifted, affiliate, reciprocal or sponsored relationships must be identified whenever disclosure is required. Participation does not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, certification or guarantee of placement.
What to include in a proposal
- Business or creator name and website
- Primary contact name and business email
- A concise explanation of the proposed exchange
- The audience, product category or resource involved
- Any payment, gifting, affiliate commission or reciprocal benefit
- Requested timing and any content or placement requirements
