Electric bikes, scooters, rideables, and mobility accessories require more verification than ordinary household products. Use this guide before ordering.

Check local rules first

Freight, damage, and returns

Large rideables may use freight delivery and can be costly to return. Inspect packaging promptly, document damage before assembly, and keep all packaging while a claim is reviewed.
