These Terms govern access to TrendTapSupply.com and purchases from TrendTap. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked privacy, shipping, and returns information.
Store and eligibility
TrendTap is an independent original-art clothing and visual-art label hosted on Shopify. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and must provide accurate, current, and authorized account, payment, billing, and shipping information.
Products and artwork
Active listings describe the artwork, product, materials, available variants, price, and other information known at the time of publication. Colors can vary by screen and physical production. Measurements and placement can have reasonable production tolerances. Review the complete product page before ordering.
Some items are produced after purchase. Availability can depend on the selected product, color, size, production partner, destination, and other fulfillment conditions. A draft, preview, journal image, or collection image is not an offer to sell unless an active product page and checkout path are available.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. TrendTap may accept, verify, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order because of payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory or production availability, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders, or other legitimate operational reasons. An eligible canceled payment is returned through the original payment method.
Pricing, payment, taxes, and shipping charges
Prices and promotions may change before an order is submitted. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other amounts depend on the order and destination and are shown when available during checkout. The amount accepted at checkout governs unless a clear error requires cancellation and refund.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders may be produced or shipped by verified third-party partners and can arrive in separate packages when stated. Review Shipping & Production for current expectations and the active product page for item-specific information.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements
Review Returns & Quality Issues before ordering. Eligibility depends on the item, issue, order status, and applicable law. Contact TrendTap before mailing anything back. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Intellectual property
TrendTap names, marks, site copy, layouts, and original artwork are protected to the extent applicable. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, train on, distribute, or commercially exploit protected TrendTap content without permission. Third-party platform, product, and service names remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, submit fraudulent information, interfere with security or store operation, distribute malicious code, violate another party’s rights, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, and linked services control their own systems and terms. TrendTap is not responsible for a third-party service beyond obligations that applicable law places on TrendTap as the merchant.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an available basis and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. TrendTap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such a limitation is lawful. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and severability
These Terms may be updated for operational, security, platform, or legal reasons. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
