How it works

Your order ships directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. That's how we keep prices low and shipping free. We don't operate our own warehouse — our partners handle packing and shipping.

How long it takes

• Orders fulfilled from our US partners: leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–12 business days.
• Some items are fulfilled by our international partners when a US shipping option isn't available for that item: these leave in 1–3 business days and arrive within 12–20 business days.

You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships so you can follow it door to door.

Once your order has shipped, we can't cancel it or change the delivery address — our partners move fast, and packages in transit are out of our hands. Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake BEFORE your order ships, contact us right away and we'll do everything we can to fix it.

Changed your mind? You've got 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund. (See our Return policy for the details.)
